How It Began
INFINITI HR was founded in 2008 by Scott Smrkovski and Mark Schwaiger, bringing together expertise in payroll and HR and a common interest in starting businesses. Scott, with deep domain experience in real estate, and Mark, who worked for ADP, met in the 1990s while working at XcelHR, a regional payroll and HR outsourcing firm. With a shared entrepreneurial spirit and a vision to deliver superior service, they launched INFINITI HR to revolutionize the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry. “Our goal was to build the first customizable PEO that provides a full spectrum of services beyond traditional HR outsourcing,” Schwaiger said.
