Infiniti HR Announces New Hire of Vice President of Risk Management

BURTONSVILLE, MD – Infiniti HR, a rapidly growing and customer-focused PEO, is pleased to announce the new hire of Sheldon Altschuler as the vice president of risk management. Prior to joining Infiniti HR,  Altschuler provided strategic analysis of operational functions for many diverse clients, including Fortune 500 companies, to mitigate financial and physical loss amongst many different industries as it related to statutory insurances (Workers’ Compensation, general liability, property, auto, employment practices, etc.).

According to Scott Smrkovski, President and Chief Executive Officer of Infiniti HR, “Sheldon’s career includes more than 20 years in the market space. He brings a diverse background in improving on historical financial loss experience through risk management, safety and operational efficiency efforts. In his new role as vice president of risk management at Infiniti HR, Altschuler will be responsible for developing insurance alternatives to better address client needs and in providing a hands on physical consultative approach to each client site including review, adjustments and training.

Altschuler has earned the Associate in Risk Management designation (ARM), served on the Risk and Insurance Management Society’s (RIMS) Governance Committee, and has been involved in leadership capacities with multiple industry associations including the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) where he partnered in developing the early framework of their risk management philosophy and member deliverables.
