INFINITI HR, The Professional Employer Organization for Franchises®, Sponsors the 2019 Franchise Action Network Annual Meeting

WASHINGTON, D.C. – INFINITI HR, The Professional Employer Organization for Franchises®, is the brand driving public advocacy for franchises. As part of an integration of the grassroots advocacy program from the International Franchise Association, INFINITI HR sponsored the Franchise Action Network Annual Meeting, September 9-11, 2019 in Washington, D.C. This meeting gives franchise leaders the opportunity to meet with their representatives in Congress to discuss topics that can affect our valued diverse franchise clients nationwide, such as the Trademark Licensing Protection Act. This legislation will ensure federally-required brand controls under trademark law are not used against franchises in employment law matters. As a premium IFA supplier and the leading aggregator designed for franchises nationwide, INFINITI HR gathered with franchise business leaders in Washington, D.C. to conduct committee business, honor franchisees, and continue its work with legislators during the IFA’s most important advocacy event of the year.

The tens of thousands of worksite employees currently served within the INFINITI HR diverse cohort of franchises were represented by Certified Franchise Executive, Daniel Mormino. The International Franchise Association selected Mormino to speak on the main stage during the General Session of the Franchise Action Network Annual Meeting on September 11, 2019. Mormino took the stage to speak to the State Delegation following the much anticipated address from former NFL Player and Partner in Main Squeeze Juice Co., Marques Colston. Mormino addressed the needs of franchisors and franchisees to mitigate employer liability and to work together toward common political objectives. “Imagine this: The power of brands leveraging the power in numbers. Many of the most recognized brands throughout the country, capitalizing on the economies of scale of a master aggregator, making it possible for franchises to grow faster,” Mormino said.

Mormino is a frequent featured speaker at such events and a recognized advocate for franchise-friendly candidates for federal office. As a Certified Franchise Executive and Certified Master Hotel Supplier, Mormino sits on the Supplier Forum Advisory Board of the IFA. “Let’s remember we have much more in common with each other than in disagreement. Let’s remember we all protect, enhance, and promote franchising. We are all proud of our people and the brands we built and we all want the best for their future,” Mormino said.
