NEW YORK, NY – Thousands of entrepreneurs and business owners attended the largest franchise expo in the country sponsored by leading national human resources firm Infiniti HR. The 2013 International Franchise Expo (IFE) was a the three-day event that took place June 20 to 22, 2013 at the Javits Center located at 36th St. and 11th Ave. in New York, New York.
Infiniti HR is sponsoring the event as they offer franchise solutions that help make new or existing franchises more attractive to potential franchisees by streamlining the employer processes. In addition to having a booth on the tradeshow floor, Infiniti HR led a seminar for prospective franchisees and franchisors entitled: Protecting Owner Assets: Do What You Do Best, Outsource the Rest. The session covered topics such as the burden of regulatory compliance mandates and how employer overhead costs continue to increase. Led by Infiniti HR Division Vice President Daniel Mormino, he discussed to a full classroom how non-revenue generating variables affect the bottom line of every franchisor and franchisee and that the ability to significantly grow revenues is not enough to turn a consistent profit in today’s modern economy. Mormino stressed that in order to effectively reduce cost and increase profit, each franchisee needs to customize their employment overhead system to their specific industry and market.
Infiniti HR customizes solutions based on specific franchise demographics to include any or all of the following: time and attendance, payroll administration, tax reporting, technology integration, human resources, recruitment, risk management, unemployment administration and employee and executive benefits.
