Daniel Mormino is the Senior Vice President of INFINITI HR and runs our Scottsdale office. He has been instrumental to the growth and success of our work with leading franchise organizations in the hospitality industry and developing strategic alliances with The International Franchise Association (IFA) and Mulberri – a leading edge firm that uses technology to connect people and help them make intelligent data-driven decisions to make the business insurance process simple, efficient and transparent. He has earned INFINITI HR national recognition as The Professional Employer Organization for Franchises®. With more than 25 years of experience, Daniel oversees national alliances, sales divisions, business conversions, operations, and corporate sponsorships. His career spans nearly three decades as a disruptive innovator in SMB aggregation. Daniel scaled a professional employer organization to help businesses avoid employer liability pitfalls and overcome growth obstacles by leveraging the economies of scale of a large enterprise into a competitive advantage. He represents thousands of franchisors, multi-unit franchisees, business development executives, and investors across a broad range of established and emerging brands nationwide. He is dedicated to helping businesses attract and retain top talent, increase operational efficiency, mitigate employer liability, and reduce labor costs.
Known for his visionary leadership, Daniel is often recognized as a leading change agent in the PEO industry. His leadership empowers businesses to innovate, creating new opportunities for talent to discover and develop what’s next. As the co-founder of the INFINITI HR Franchise Division, National Alliance, and President’s Club, Daniel is a frequent featured speaker at industry conventions.
Daniel has received numerous accolades for professional excellence. A Certified Franchise Executive and Certified Master Hotel Supplier, he is the first PEO executive to serve on the Supplier Forum Advisory Board of the International Franchise Association (IFA). He is also an ambassador to emerging franchisors and is recognized for his support of franchise-friendly candidates for federal office.
Daniel began his career as an assistant in motion picture production, with on-screen credits that include Mission: Impossible II, The Hulk, and the Academy Award®-winning film Almost Famous. An avid dog lover, Daniel supports foundations dedicated to preventing animal cruelty. His philanthropic efforts also extend to organizations like AIDS LifeCycle, The Michael J. Fox Foundation, and the High Five Grant for Moms.
Daniel holds an MBA, a Franchise Management Certification from Georgetown University, and is an alumnus of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He and his wife, Ariana, reside in Phoenix, Arizona with their young son.
